| Description: | Since 2001 the International Women‚Äö Day Conference held in Leicester, LeicestHERday, has established and monitored the challenges tht face women in the world today. We have celebrated women's achievements and looked at the diverse role of women in our society. This year we will be working to Make a Difference, both celebrating our achievements and exploring how we can make the communities in which we live and work a better place for women themselves and for the community as a whole. |
