Youth Bank: Bidding for 2010/11 now open

This is money for buying items which are short term - running costs, staff costs, small sports and games equipment, arts and crafts materials, trips and residentials, etc.

And the Youth Capital Fund (YCF) is money for bigger items, and building alterations - youth shelter, MUGA, new kitchen in a youth centre, building upgrades, etc.

The Strategic Review of Health Inequalities (or Marmot Review) has been published. The aim of the Review was to propose an evidence based strategy for reducing health inequalities from 2010. The strategy includes policies and interventions that address the social determinants of health inequalities.
