The aim of this session is to provide staff and volunteers with a general introduction to the subject of equalities, an overview of relevant legislation and good practice in this area.

- Describe relevant legislation related to equality and diversity
- Discuss good practice relating to equality and diversity
- Assess personal and organisational practice relating to equality and diversity
