This two-day course (accredited by the Open College Network) provides an introduction to training and facilitation skills. The content of the course includes looking at different learning styles, writing session plans, designing, producing and using a visual learning aid and considering various training methods. As part of the course participants will design a short training session to be delivered on day two.
