Policy and Research Manager

This is an opportunity to join VAL's dynamic and innovative senior management team to ensure that voluntary and community groups are able to influence strategic decision making across the City and County and beyond.

This role might suit someone who has experience of working in or with the voluntary and community sector (VCS) to influence decision-making, for example involvement with networks, partnerships or boards.

Grassroots Grants up to £5000 available

If you are a small group working in Leicester and have an average turnover of less than £20,000 over the last three years you may be eligible to apply to the Grassroots Grants programme available in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

Grassroots Grants Workshops

If you are a small group working in Leicester City, Leicestershire or Rutland and have an average income of less than £30,000, you may be eligible for up to £5000 through the Grassroots Grants programme.

Communities Together Grants

Grants of up to £500 are available now for organisations and projects which are working to bring different groups of people together in Leicestershire.
