Ends: 18 Nov 2009 - 8:00pm
Location: Voluntary Action Charnwood
John Storer House
Wards End
Loughborough
Leicestershire
LE11 3HA
This is an invitation to our AGM so please come and join in.
There are three places available for election to the Board of Trustees. If you wish to stand for election to the Board or you wish to nominate someone for election, please complete a nomination form available at John Storer House. Please note that nominations must be received by 5pm on Tuesday 10th November and can only be made by a member qualified to vote at the meeting.
At the meeting members and guests will hear the latest news about the development of countywide infrastructure support services and how this is affecting us locally. Voluntary Action LeicesterShire is now providing support services, and Kevan Liles, the Chief Executive will deliver the main speech, so this is your chance to say what your needs are and how help is best provided for you.
Kevan's topic is:-
"VAC and VAL In Partnership"
- getting underway in 2009 and looking ahead to 2010
1 How does the community hub in Charnwood provide access to countywide support?
2 What will the new VCS Assembly do for networks and representation to the authorities?
We hope you will feel inclined to join us for the evening. Please do contact me if you have any queries at all.
I look forward to seeing you.
Neil Lambert
Chief Executive
