Customer Service for Voluntary Organisations

This ten week course aims to prepare relatively new staff/volunteers working in reception, administration, volunteering, contact centre or sales roles. The course involves three hours' college attendance a week and covers recognizing good and poor practice, first impressions and body language, communicating clearly and managing difficult situtions. The course leads to a qualification at level one.
