Does your Management Committee represent the children or young people you work with? This session explores the possiblity of giving young people a voice within the management of your Organisation. This could be as part of your committee or planning group, allowing young people to influence the services aimed directly at them. Young People First will help you think about ways of making this possible in a fair and valuable way.
