Voluntary and community groups are often best placed to know what services or solutions will best serve their users, members or communities. But how do we reach key decision makers with this information? How do we ensure that the voice of users and communities are heard? This course will help you understand when working with decision-makers will make a difference to the people you help; the opportunties to reach decisions-makers; and what works when trying to get your views and recomeendations heard.
The second part of this session will be held on Tuesday 16th November 2010
(Please note: this session will not be covering specific decisions affecting individual organisations)
