Aim: The CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering is aimed at all food handlers who work within any sector of the food industry.
Objective: To provide those working within the voluntary sector with certificated knowledge enabling them to work safely with food and drink.
Trainer: This Session is being facilitated by qualified trainers from Leicester College
