The CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in catering is aimed at all those within the sector working with food and drink. The areas covered by this course include: bacteria and food, poisoning contamination of food, pest control and personal hygiene. The course will give you all you need to be able to handle food safely. This session is provided free of charge by Leicester College specifically for Voluntary Action LeicesterShire.
