Children, Young People and Families Forum

The Forum is an opportunity for children and young people VCS organisations from Leicester and Leicestershire to come together to receive timely local information on current and future priorities; and to strategically influence the improvement of outcomes for children and young people in Leicester and Leicestershire.

The best way to improve outcomes for children and young people is to focus on what needs to be done to make a difference. The Children and Young People's Forum plans to identify the shared priorities of the Voluntary and Community Sector and address how we will work together to improve outcomes for children and young people in Leicester and LeicesterShire. These priorities will be identified from some of the governments main focus area's which include early years learning, families, safeguarding, health and well being and special education needs as well as youth in general.
