Essential First Aid

This is an introductory three-hour course that deals with serious conditions and incidents. The training covers emergency life support techniques for adult casualties and is ideal if you would like to be trained in CPR skills and know what to do when initially faced with an emergency. The training is being provided free of charge by St Johns Ambulance for volunteers and VCS organisations.

Please note that organisations are limited to two bookings per course.
