Position: Education & Training Manager
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000

Groundwork Leicester and Leicestershire is an established Environmental and Social Action Charity, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced vocational or education professional, someone with the passion and enthusiasm to make a real difference.

The right applicant will have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and manage a diverse team and confidently work towards ambitious targets. You will have recent experience of working alongside schools or training providers to establish alternative curriculum programmes and working to awarding body standards. A natural problem solver, you will continue to shape the development of your department and contribute to wider objectives of the Trust.
