Voluntary Action LeicesterShire are holding an event to launch National Volunteers' Week 2011. During this event organisations from the City and County will be advertising current opportunities available to you. There will also be a chance to discuss your volunteering needs with one of our trained advisors.
The event will begin at 9.30am with refreshments and the chance to meet other volunteers along with people from organisations and will be attended by The Deputy Lord-Lieutenant Dr Wendy Hickling and The Lord Mayor, Councillor Robert Wann.
The event will run until 3pm and potential volunteers are welcome pop in at any point to find out more.
