Residential Care Homes for the Elderly - Soft Market Exercise from Leicester City Council
Deadline: 2pm, Friday 24 February
Leicester City Council has consulted extensively on the future of its eight residential care homes for older people. No decision on the homes has yet been made. One of the options is to sell or lease some or all of the homes as going concerns. They are now looking in detail at the feasibility of this.
This is a two stage tender process. At the first stage interested providers should email procurement@leicester.gov.uk for the questionnaire and non-disclosure agreement by 2pm on Friday 24 February 2012. These must be returned by 2pm on 27 February 2012.
Further information, including the Council's aims is available at http://www.sourceleicestershire.co.uk/contracts/show/id/6505
