Senior Support Worker in ColtonCare

Salary: NJC Scale 4, £17,161
Hours: 37 hours per week

A vacancy has arisen in ColtonCare, mosaic Domiciliary Care Agency, for a Senior Support Worker.

The main post holder will support the Registered Manager initially in preparing rotas, interviewing new customers, agreeing and reviewing support plans, supervision and support staff. Initially the Senior Support Worker may be carrying out some care. From mid-March there will be an Administrative Officer who will take the main responsibility for rotas and the focus of the post will be on recruiting and supporting new customers.

ColtonCare is a relatively new and growing service within mosaic and this post will be part of the team that will lead that team in a time of changing social care services.
