During April 2009 VAL secured funding from Capacity Builders to investigate how the VCS are reacting to the impacts of the recession and identify potential for additional service delivery, capacity and skills development, interventions and support.
These things will help build sector strength, adaptability and closer partnership working within the VCS and with other agencies and bodies in the coming years.
