NCVO Trustee Conference - Governing with confidence: leading through change

Volunteering England will be exhibiting at NCVO's Annual Trustee Conference, taking place on Monday 18 October in London. The event is aimed at anybody who sits on, or works with, trustee boards. With a broad range of workshops, the conference will cater for those new to trusteeship through to the experienced board member looking to update their knowledge. All those wanting to share in the latest thinking on governance and leadership practices should make sure that they attend.
What you can expect:
- Essential legal updates affecting trustee boards
- Information from the Charity Commission on regulatory changes
- Inspirational keynote speeches from Peter White, BBC Radio 4 and Julie Unwin, Joseph Rowntree Foundation
- A wide range of workshops including direct support sessions
- A debate on Governance: fit for purpose or fit for change
- The chance to network with peers and join us for a celebration of trusteeship at the drinks reception
