Policies & Procedures
Overview
All groups who are setting up, are ready to deliver services, or want to apply for funding, need to think about what policies and procedures they need in place, some of them are legal requirements, others are for best practice. It is important to adopt policies when running an organisation to safeguard the management committee, users and volunteers. Templates for the key polices that Voluntary and Community Organisations need are available in this section.
This section contains some key policy templates that respond to the current legal context which Voluntary and Community Organisations operate in. Model policies and templates can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your organisation. Please note, this is not an exhaustive list, templates for other policies that your organisation requires can be requested from the Group Support team and the Team is able to advise you on policy development and implementation.
