Our next Children, Young People and Families (CYPF) Network and Learn Session will take place on 18 December 2018.

Why attend?

Our Network and Learn Session gives voluntary and community sector (VCS) groups across Leicester and Leicestershire the opportunity to receive and share information, network and have their voices heard.

At this network and learn session you will have the opportunity to:

  • Receive an update from the St Phillips Centre on Prevent as well as learn about their funding opportunities in the New Year.
  • Liz Rickaby from the National Youth Agency will be talking about how their influence could be useful for local benefit
  • Kevan Liles, VAL CEO, will be feeding back on the Leicestershire Children and Families Partnership Board
  • Hear feedback from the Leicester City Children’s Trust Board
  • Take part in a session by UK Youth

Arrival for registration is at 9:30am for a 9:45am start. Refreshments will be provided.

Who can attend?

The Network and Learn Session is open to any VCS group or social enterprise that provides services or deliver projects that benefit children, young people or families in Leicester or Leicestershire.

Whether you’re a leading national charity delivering comprehensive services or a small, informal group providing local advice, we look forward to welcoming you.
