For the second year running Voluntary Action Leicestershire (VAL) is working in partnership with the School of Medicine at Leicester University on a marketplace event.

This is an opportunity for you to promote your work and for students to learn about the role of the local Voluntary and Community Sector in health and wellbeing. It enables students to understand alternative referral routes for patients and approaches that are more holistic and less clinical. Last year this event was attended by 250 Medical Students and this year we would expect a number in excess of this.

This event takes place on Monday 15th October 2018 9.30am – 1pm at the University of Leicester, School of Medicine, George Davies Centre, Lancaster Road, Leicester, LE1 7HA.

There are only fifteen stalls available, so book soon if you're interested to make sure you don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to promote your work and potentially recruit volunteers and supporters.
